If you intend to book more than seven (07) rooms at the same Hotel for the same period of stay on behalf of one or more guests, you must contact the Hotel directly to make the reservation. Children up to 5 Years of age can stay free (cribs subject to availability). Additional charges may be applicable for children between 5 and 12 years. 13 years will be charged as per the extra adult rate.
The Hotel reserves the right to require proper proof of identity (e.g. passports or national identity cards) from all persons checking in. The Hotel has the absolute discretion to refuse to check in if the identity does not match with the person mentioned in your reservation or if anyone refuses to provide the requisite proof of identity to the Hotel. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy of any reservation may vary depending on the room rates, occupancy levels, availability or other Hotel requirements. The cancellation policy will normally be provided to you along with the confirmation of your reservation. Any cancellation of your reservation through this website must comply with the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is our standard cancellation policy that in the event of a cancellation of your guaranteed reservation less than 48 hours prior to 12.00 pm of your scheduled arrival date (according to the local hotel time), or in case you fail to show up without a valid reason, the Hotel has the right to debit a one-night cancellation charge from the credit/ debit card provided to secure the reservation and/or saved in your account.
Upon cancellation of the booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/credit card/net banking and any electronic mode) by which the booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
ICBI’s Image Scope is a 90-minutes diagnostic session with an expert Image Consultant. It helps you identify the gaps in the Image projected by you and helps you understand the possible solutions. You can then decide to avail of the services of an Image Consultant to implement the solution or you may opt to do it on your own using the free guide that you will receive as a part of the Image Scope session.

The 90-minutes Image Scope session will be facilitated at the nearest ICBI Center. Currently, ICBI has Centers at the following locations: Mumbai (Andheri West, Churchgate, and Thane West), New Delhi, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Jaipur, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru (Koramangala & St. Mark’s Road), Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Surat and Vadodara. If the customer resides in a city where ICBI does not have a Center, the Image Scope session shall be facilitated via SKYPE or similar tool.
Your 90-minutes Image Scope session comes with a 100% money-back guarantee (after the Image Scope session has been completed by the expert Image Consultant). If you feel that it has not added any value, you can ask for a full refund – no questions asked.
The details as given by you while making the payment will only be used by ICBI to facilitate the Image Scope service, and to occasionally send you emailers informing you of latest offers/ workshops/ trends in the Image Consulting industry.
You may cancel/ reschedule your Image Scope session, provided it is done at least 24-hours before your scheduled session date & time. This is essential since the expert Image Consultant’s time is already booked in advance for you. In case you wish to cancel/ reschedule, you may send in a request via email to info@imageconsultinginstitute.com along with a brief mention of why you wish to cancel/ reschedule your 90-minutes Image Scope session.
